How the registry handles user data and why it holds no patient personal data.

Operator
The registry is operated by the professional society that establishes it. Full identification and contact details will be added here before launch.
What data we process
About users: name, work e-mail, telephone, centre and sign-in records. About cases: age, sex, dates, clinical and treatment data — without the patient name, national identification number or contact details.
Legal basis
User data is processed to perform the access agreement and for the legitimate interest in running the registry securely. Clinical data enters the registry in a form that does not allow the patient to be identified directly.
Retention
Sign-in and change records are kept for twelve months. Clinical records remain in the registry for as long as it is maintained.
Recipients and location
Data is stored on a server in the European Union. It is made available only to approved users and to the technical support provider under contract.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to object. We will handle your request at the registry contact address.
